arkian language arkian is a language of maramiate ark (er ark maramia). A. has been influenced by many traditions: long history of vitgan presence, the native pre-hiberan languages and the diverse cultural backrounds in different regions. the grammar was influenced by the sources chosen by the language institute (LI), including vitgan and others, and the vocabulary by hiberan, the first official language established in upler an er taksil nei (the lands of the taksil circle), which was based on native languages. the foundation was a group of hiberan dialects, called ksifigor, chosen by the LI to fulfil certain criteria.
